We are looking to hire a candidate with experience in Multi-Family/Commercial/Retail construction and proficiency in construction document preparation with Revit and AutoCAD Architecture.
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 year associate degree required, (Bachelor of Architecture preferred)
- Experience designing with the Ohio Building Code
- Good multi-tasking and time management abilities
- Self-Motivated & excited to develop a career within this profession
- Able to meet specific project expectations & deadlines
Software
- Autocad
- Revit preferred
- Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Bluebeam
Responsibilities
- Produce detailed construction document drawing sets
- Work collaboratively in small teams with a lead Project Architect
- Coordinate project details with consulting design or engineering firms
- Perform occasional project site visits for field research or data collection
- Assistance with Building & Zoning Department application submittals
